The purpose of this project was to create comprehensive and eye-cathing 3D visual materials for a real estate company to help them promote their listings.
This real estate project consists of 4 separate apartment buildings that are interconected.
Inbetween the buildings the builders imagined beautiful green lawns full of plants, like a botanical garden, recreational spaces and children playground, that future tennants will enjoy, but also every look outside the windows fill be a pleausre.
Besides still image renders, our clients also opted for a 3D Architectural fly-through animation to showcase their buildings, because it allows future clients to quickly and effectively experience a real estate project in it’s whole and to visualize also the small hidden corners that a still image just could not do.
Video is the best addition to architectural renderings.
Through 3D Architectural Animation we are showing not just a perfect picture, but the audience can view the buildings and how they will function.
Animation shows every detail of an architectural project and it creates and interactive experience.
